Dave Schneider serves as vice president of engineering for High Concrete Group, where he leads in-house and outsourced engineering teams in designing custom precast building projects. He is a High Leadership Team member.

Director, Research & Development

A graduate of Penn State University, Ken Baur has more than 30 years’ experience in the precast concrete industry. Mr. Baur is a fellow of the Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute (PCI), and co-holds patents for use of carbon fiber reinforcing in precast plus eight other precast-related patents, including the tilt-frame transporter which enables safe hauling of 15’ and 16’ wide double tees without the use of escort vehicles. As the former Director of Engineering for High Concrete Structures, Inc. and in his current capacity as Director of R&D for High Concrete Group, Mr. Baur has participated in the design and engineering of commercial and multi-family residential projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic and in the Midwest. He is a LEED® accredited professional.

Senior Engineer

George received his Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree in 1977 at the University of Lowell, Massachusetts. He went on to join the United States Air Force from July of 1977 through June 1981. He was promoted to his present position of Major in the Pennsylvania Air National Guard in 1989. 

George worked at Stanley Structures from June 1981 until March 1985, when he began at High Concrete Structures, Inc. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the states of Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Wyoming.

Senior Engineer

Ned earned his Bachelor of Civil Engineering in May 1982 and his Master's in Civil Engineering in May 1988 from Villanova University. He has been employed at High Concrete Structures, Inc. since June 1982 and was promoted to senior engineer status in September 1987. Ned is a licensed Professional Engineer in the states of Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
